Email us if you have to but be aware that it is hard to respond to email when your hands are covered in dough. Please allow—at least—48 hours for us to reply.

For basic cakes, order the week before. For custom fondant work, orders should be finalized no later than Wednesday of the week prior.

Custom cakes and cookies should be ordered at least 10 days in advance. Non-custom orders should be in our hands the week before you need it. The sooner you let us know of your event, the sooner we can book you into the calendar.

That being said, if you’re in a bind and it’s the last minute, go ahead and call. Sometimes we can squeeze you in, but no promises.

Payment is due upon pick up. We accept cash and local checks. We use Square to process debit and credit cards.

Sign up for Square Wallet and then you can use your iPhone or Android to pay. Neato.

Deposits are not required, but may be requested for large events.

The short answer is: No.
We do tiered cakes on request.
We do not typically do shaped cakes.

We do NOT bake in a nut-free kitchen. However, all the basic cake and frosting flavors and many of the cookies, including the hand-decorated sugar cookies, are nut-free. Recipes containing nuts are clearly noted in emails or on the website.

Please call if you have a concern about a particular ingredient. We do not bake anything with peanuts.

Most of our treats can be baked to accommodate allergy concerns on request. Stop in on Gluten-free Thursdays, when we’ll be sure to have on hand at least one GF treat.

While we are careful to avoid cross-contamination, the kitchen is NOT gluten-free.
